Adam Delgado is currently working on a screen play titled, The Applicant, which is based on the book The Outsider:  My Quest for Justice.  The Applicant will portray some of  the action scenerios found in the Outsider and some scenerios not previously listed.  The Applicant will avoid the touchy topics described in the book.  Adam knows that people go to the movies to escape reality and to be entertained.  The Applicant will give the viewer just what they want.

On 1 Aug 09, IIS will increase it's current rate of $70.00 per hour to $140.00 per hour.  Current and past IIS clients will be locked into the old rate for two years.
