The Outsider is the first book written by Private Investigator Adam Delgado, a former Chicago Police Officer, a former Special Agent of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). The Outsider contains true stories of street violence as experienced by Adam Delgado in his various law enforcement capacities. The book also details Delgado’s Title seven lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for race discrimination in its hiring process.
